I have never met such a lovely family enterprise before, in any case the passionate model boat collector would not even dream the perfection in details of finished scale model boats as delivered by Maritime Models. I had to pay a visit there and I discovered that the craftsman has a passion for a Defender too so a scale r/c model of the same was there assembled as a real one too. If then we add a couple of lovely cats too, garden, shed and a TD5 outside well then the picture is rather interesting: passion for details. Ages ago I met an Italian just like him, he had the gift of perfection in creating r/c Tiger tanks 1:10 all in metal shooting cal.22 pellets (Vercelli in Piedmont) This one is so accurate with his boats I think I would just love the idea of being able to scale myself down and sit in it for a few minutes. I wish him a long successful life, mind models are not cheap but...gosh they are superb
